Emerald Care is a healthcare organisation dedicated to providing quality staffing and support services across the aged care and health sectors. To streamline their growing workforce operations, they partnered with iClick to develop a custom job shift management portal, a powerful, all-in-one system built specifically for healthcare workforce management.

Our team designed and developed a bespoke web platform that simplifies every aspect of shift coordination, from timesheet tracking and wage management to facility payments and real-time reporting. The system gives administrators complete control and transparency over staff scheduling, while ensuring accuracy and compliance at every step.

At the heart of the solution is a custom-designed UI/UX, created to meet the unique demands of the healthcare industry. The interface is intuitive and accessible, making it easy for both management and staff to navigate complex workflows effortlessly.
